You will appreciate its sunny terrace and quiet surroundings, perfect for a relaxing stay on the Île de Ré.
The residence's shared swimming pool is accessible to all occupants and allows you to make the most of beautiful summer days.

Peu Ragot beach is about 100 metres away, easily accessible on foot.

The house has all modern comforts: a bright living room with lounge area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and private parking.

Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! The island offers a particularly pleasant setting for holidays, with one of the highest levels of sunshine in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our small island, which is 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our home.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing useful tips and our advice for exploring Île de Ré in the best possible conditions!

The house is available for booking for a minimum of 5 days outside the summer period.

The hire and delivery of bed linen and towels are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
Key collection and a tour of the house are included.
Tourist tax is not included.
