The villa has a heated and secure 8 metre x 4 metre (24m²) swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 metres.
The house has 1 secure private parking space.

1 living/dining room with 1 fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a large lounge.
Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm).
Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm).
Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm).
Bedroom 4 with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) (or 2 single beds, 80 x 200 cm).
2 bathrooms with shower and washbasin.

The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing useful tips and advice for exploring the Île de Ré in the best possible conditions!

The house is available for booking for a minimum of 5 days outside the summer period.
