This 135m2 luxury villa is close to the shops and market (300 metres away) and close to the beach (600 metres away) and the popular local bar Ré Glisse.

The villa has been designed and decorated with the family in mind and is ideally suited to one or two couples with children. Set on a 400m2 plot, it boasts a pleasant SPA and shaded terrace.

This beautiful single-storey villa is functional, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

The house has 2 secure private parking spaces.

Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Ré! The Ile de Ré is a particularly pleasant place to spend your holidays, with one of the highest levels of sunshine in France. You can do almost everything by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our little 30-kilometre-long island. With a passion for history, summer activities and food, art and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our house.

When you arrive, in addition to our welcome pack, we'll give you a welcome guide with useful tips and advice on discovering the Ile de Ré in the best possible conditions!

The house is available for bookings of 5 days or more outside the summer period and 7 days or more during the summer period (July and August).
