This 36m2 house is located close to the shops and market (100 metres away) and close to one of the most popular beaches on the Ile de Ré (Plage du Gros Jonc 800 metres away).

The house has been designed and decorated with the family in mind, and is ideally suited to a couple with children.

The house is functional, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Ré! The Ile de Ré is a particularly pleasant place to spend your holidays, with one of the highest levels of sunshine in France. You can do almost everything by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our little 30-kilometre-long island. We're passionate about history, summer activities, food, art and decoration, and we're delighted to be able to offer you a quality stay in our house.

On your arrival, in addition to our welcome pack, we'll give you a welcome guide with useful tips and advice on discovering the Ile de Ré in the best possible conditions!

The house is available for bookings of 5 days or more outside the summer period and 7 days or more during the summer period (July and August).

Handover of keys and presentation of the house directly on site are included.
