Close to the market of Sainte-Marie-de-Ré and the cycle tracks, the house is 600 metres from the beach.

The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room that opens onto the garden and the pool.

The pool is heated and has a sliding wooden deck for security or to enlarge the terrace.

Possibility of unloading your car at the entrance to the dead end.
Municipal parking near the house.
The house does not have private parking.

« La maison se trouve au fond d'une impasse. 2 niveaux, 3 chambres, grande terrasse, elle est très bien équipée, très confortable et joliment décorée. La piscine est chauffée ce qui est très appréciable. Possibilité de stationner mais attention le passage est étroit pour une Audi Q3. »

« Très jolie maison refaite à neuf. Bien équipée, décorée avec goût, et très confortable.

En plein coeur du village, dans un coin calme et sans vis-à-vis, au fond d'une jolie impasse dans laquelle vous pouvez stationner à condition d'avoir un véhicule pas trop encombrant. Notre Grand Scenic 3 passait juste, mais ça passait !

L'un des plus de la maison - surtout avec de jeunes enfants: la piscine chauffée qui se découvre sous la terrasse en bois à l'aide d'une télécommande. Quand elle est fermée, vous pouvez laisser jouer les enfants dehors sans inquiétude.

A noter que mi-mai, la piscine a atteint les 26°C (température extérieure 17°C le jour, et 10-12°C la nuit). De mon point de vue, le minimum pour laisser les enfants s'y baigner.

La maison est à 50m de la très agréable place arborée des Tilleuls: boulangerie, restaurants avec terrasse, loueurs de vélos, poissonnier, marché tous les matins. Un village dans le village, loin du tumulte des endroits les plus prisés de l'île. Le supermarché le plus proche est à 1km = 3min en vélo. La plage et l'aire de jeux sont à 800m. Vous pouvez rejoindre St-Martin, la Flotte, la Couarde, Loix, et le Bois-Plage en vélo, avec une jolie une balade à la clef. Au-delà, ça commençait à faire bcp pour nous ;-)

La société qui s'occupe de la gestion de la maison est professionnelle et à l'écoute.

Bref, je recommandes les yeux fermés. »
