The villa is south facing and comfortable with a bright living room.

The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.

Possibility to park 2 vehicles directly on the house's grounds with private and secure parking.

Additional municipal car parks in the immediate vicinity of the house.

La Cible beach (activities and services offered): sailing and kite-surfing school (from 1st April to All Saints' Day holidays), children's club "Les Pirates de la Cible", restaurant "La Cible".

The Aquaré aquatic centre is accessible 5 minutes from the villa):

25m swimming pool and covered play pool. The little ones can have fun in the large paddling pool, while the older ones can slide down the slide. For adults, a relaxation area awaits them in the balneo area consisting of a sauna, a hammam and a spa.

The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Rental and delivery of linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and in option outside theses months).

- location: very close to beach, close to supermarkets and easy cycle or walk to St Martin
- swimming pool: perfect for our kids (although was a little chilly)
- spacious: plenty of space for a family of 5
- private: although next 4 other properties only one is visible. Very private & peaceful

« Superbe séjour. Cet endroit est un gagnant en raison de son emplacement fantastique et de sa belle piscine. La maison elle-même est assez basique, mais nous reviendrions certainement juste parce que c'était un endroit fantastique où séjourner - à distance de marche du très chic St Martin, de la plage locale et du restaurant La Cible. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. »

« I have stayed several times in the same area, and love the short way to the beach, La Cible restaurant, the supermarket and the port of Saint-Martin. The house had 3 small bedrooms, two with closets, but I would have preferred more than one bathroom and one WC. The kids enjoyed the spacious pool very much!
J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans le même quartier, et j'aime le court chemin vers la plage, le restaurant La Cible, le supermarché et le port de Saint-Martin. La maison avait 3 petites chambres, deux avec des placards, mais j'aurais préféré plus d'une salle de bain et un WC. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la grande piscine ! »
