Description

La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this newly refurbished house with heated swimming pool, 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people.

The house is modern and has a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room opening onto the swimming pool.
The swimming pool (4 x 2.33m) is heated from 01 April to 15 October.
The house is located in the centre of a quiet area, 800m from the Côte Sauvage beach and around 1km from the Phare des Baleines lighthouse.
The house has its own private, secure parking for 1 vehicle and bicycles.

SINGLE-STOREY HOUSE :

Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160x200)

Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x190)

Bathroom with shower and washbasin.

Separate WC.

Another WC is accessible from outside by the swimming pool.

The house is non-smoking.

The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.

The heat pumps in our pools are programmed to heat to 28°C. The actual temperature of the water in our pools is also affected by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the pools.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Ré! The Ile de Ré offers a particularly pleasant holiday environment with one of the highest sunshine levels in France. You can do almost everything by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our little 30-kilometre-long island. With a passion for history, summer activities and food, art and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our house.

When you arrive, in addition to our welcome pack, we'll give you a welcome guide with useful tips and advice on discovering the Ile de Ré in the best possible conditions!

SERVICES INCLUDED :

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included.

Linen hire and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The handover of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.

Tourist tax is not included.
